What's the commitment?

It's a 12-month membership — signed electronically at signup, with flexibility built in. Your rate is locked for the full year, and after Month 6 you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. A real routine, with a fair exit — never a contract trap.

Can I skip or reschedule a visit?

Yes. Life happens. Reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Need to skip a month entirely? Email us — we'll rebalance your year.

What's included beyond the groom?

Members of our Squeaky Clean and Zen Refresh clubs get free toothbrushing and free nail grinding every visit — no add-on charge, ever. (At walk-in, those run $10–$20 per visit depending on size, so over a year it's real money.) Other clubs (Tidy Trio, Full Zen, Perfect Zen) can add toothbrushing and nail grinding at the regular member add-on rate — we keep the free perk on our highest-margin bathing clubs so we can hold the line on price everywhere else. Other add-ons — de-shedding treatments, dematting, blueberry facial, etc. — are always billed separately at the regular member rate.

What if my dog or cat hates getting groomed?

Our Tranquil Tail Grooming™ methodology is built around Fear-Free principles. Every groomer on the team is trained in CARE — Compassion / Awareness / Respect / Education. Your pet's experience is the product, not just the cut.
