How does the 15% discount work?
Your current retail price for your chosen service is discounted 15% at every visit for 12 months. Your rate is locked — even if we raise prices, yours stays the same for your membership year.
Can I enroll more than one pet?
Yes — each pet gets their own membership. You can mix and match plans (e.g. Full Zen Groom for your dog and Whisker Fresh for your cat).
What does "priority scheduling" mean?
Den Club members get first access to our calendar when new appointment slots open. Your pet is treated as a VIP — because they are.
Can I cancel or transfer my membership?
Memberships are transferable to another pet or family member. Contact us directly to discuss cancellation or transfer — we work with every situation.
Is there a membership for add-on services?
Yes — Den Club members also receive 15% off any add-on services at every visit, in addition to their package discount.
