The left navigation always stays put — it's your home base. Click any section to open it in the main area. Nothing takes over the whole screen.

• Business Vitals — the homepage. Top-line numbers + the GROW focus line.
• People & Payroll — management view: labor cost, pay runs, the staff roster. Tap any staff name to open their profile.
• Employee Profile — one staff member's page: performance, training, pay, HR documents. (Drills down from People & Payroll.)
• Finance & Accounting — P&L, the forecast-vs-actual scorecard, the 2025 comparison.
• Marketing — strategy, campaigns, and the 14-Day Social Plan, as tabs across the top.
• Franchise / Industry Reads — growth intelligence and the DFW target list.

The Bridge opens with the owner password. The staff-facing Employee Profile login will use the staff logins we already have, once we introduce that page to the team.
